Selects the maximum amount of time that the subscriber unit (SU) rings
upon receipt of an Individual Call request. 
An Individual Call includes both Phone and unit-to-unit calls. If the
user answers the call before the timer expires, the timer and ring are
both stopped. This selection applies for all Trunking Systems
and therefore to all Trunking Personalities.
Time is in seconds.
When the radio is model / option capable.
